no more bar exam.

10 hours of sleep in the last three days.

so tired.

i believe i killed the property (landlord-tenant), con law and civ pro essays.  i'm a baaad mofo.

• while waiting to get into the conference hall at the pasadena civic, a few law students (think they were from loyola)  giggling at laptop porn.  niiice.  guess you gotta relieve that test-taking anxiety somehow...
  

• then there was twitchy boy who didn't want anyone sitting at his table.  my friend, D, had requested to be moved to another table as her test proctor was a tad chatty.  sadly for her, she was moved to the domain of mr. bundle-of-nerves.  twitchy repeatedly interrupted D's conversation with another student, asking,

"do you have a cold?" 
"do you type loud?" 
"i'm gonna ask if they can move you again. is that okay?"

dude, get a grip.  have you never experienced an exam-taking situation before?  shiznit happens.   deal.

well, i guess he does "deal."  apparently once the exam was done, he announced, "i'm gonna smoke some crack." 

you do that, buddy.

on another note, instead of staying at the hotel just a short walk away from the test site, i stayed with my in-laws in their guest house.  their home was once the residence of muckraker upton sinclair.

maybe that served me well on the exam.

or mayhaps i, too, shall muckrake as did The Ralph.
